Make sure your name is correct in your both certificate profile and the Microsoft learn account :
That because you with receive the certificate on what ever the name appears in your certificate profile and when you book the exam you should be reviewing the name whether it is correct.

There you will find "Go to Learn Profile" go there and check your name, once you book a exame it will display there in that page.

Make sure your exam table is clean with no books and all, and walls are not with any tutorials or anythings,basically do not try to cheat. you will only have to have one screen so unplug the external monitor,
