It's an issue in DNN version 4.8 there are many security issues in DNN this version and This is a one instant it may harmful a lot.
If you have a DNN site and if it is under DNN version 4.8 be aware go to this URL and check,

Your doman/Providers/HtmlEditorProviders/Fck/fcklinkgallery.aspx

You will get a page with can you to add hamfull code or files in to your site and if a hacker it will be marvelous chance to get in to your site.

The one and only solution is to get-rid of this is to upgrade DNN in to version 4.9.5 they have solve this issue in to some extend in this version.
